hI I GOT MY DENIAL LETTER FROM INS THREE WEEKS AGO AND I FOUND OUT THAT THE PERSON THAT PREPARED MY DOCUMENTS IS BEING CHARGED FOR FRAUD, DOES THIS MEAN I'M IN DANGER OF BEING CHARGED FOR FRAUD TOO

What do u mean charged with fraud. What kind of fraud. Need to explain more. And whts tht to do with your documents. And how does INS knows tht he is the one who has prepared your application. Need to explain, more before anyone can assist you.

Also, wht did your denial stated. Did they accuse you of any fraud or wrong doing. Need to update your info.
