Hello everyone! I had some BIG BIG BIG problems here and looking forward somebody can help me! I'm from Hong Kong and came to here in Germany for visiting my U.S military friends here...I've been here for like almost a year and apperently I'm kind of over stayed here. My friends are talking about me move to the states with them and one of my friend mom agreed to sponsor me but I know it is impossible cause her mom and I don't have relationship so she can't sonpsor me. But the situation is I fall in love with a guy who i met on internet but we never met in person...so can he apply me a fiance(e) visa without meeting in person? He already tried to talked to the lawyer and the lawyer only mentioned about the visa lottery and the visa lottery take me like a year to wait and it is not even begin yet. I'd like to apply a travel visa but the situation is I am unemployed to stay here in Germany and over stayed here, how can I apply a travel visa successfully??? Or is there have any other better way for me to get to the states??
I am really looking forward for your help and I'm really appericated any body who could help for my questions!!!
Please I really need help !! Is there have anybodies who can really help me !! It is really giving me headaches and i'm really confused about the laws to read it over and over again!!!
What is your country of citizenship? If you are from 'Poop World Country', then you may have big obstacles on your way to get a tourist visa or even fiance visa, because general assumption here is that all 'Poop Country' Nationals are proven guilty of being fraudsters until presumed otherwise. As you know, there is no such a thing as 'Poop Rights' when it comes to flow of poop. But if you are lucky to be the EU National ,then coming or immigrating to US will be easier for you than snapping your fingers.

My citizenship is Hong Kong but as I was born in the period when British control so I also had British passport but not British Citizen just a creepy BNO without any help for my situation. So really please please please help me!!
Please I really want some useful advise and not keeps telling me that i'm from poop world country. Believe me or not If I have choice I really don't wanna being one of those poop world countries.
Of course no one wants to be a part of 'poop world country', especially when I envision all that poop you were swimming in back in Hong Kong . And that's the primary reason why you are proven to be guilty of being a fraudster - you poop too much and you smell like a poophole.
And since you are proven to be guilty of being a fraudster who poops too much (by virtue of being a citizen of 'poop world' country), there is almost no possibility for you to make us assume otherwise. Especially since you are so eager to prove that you are not a poopster while you do just the opposite !
P.S. A tip of the day : You have a right not to poop ! Everything you poop will be used against you !

thank you for your unuseful advised!! Anyway if there have anyone really can help me to answer the problems I had and I will be really very appericated!!
I am confused. In what country are in RIGHT NOW? Cause I don't get why you brought up germany, unless you are german because of your first name. But,if you are in the USA you won't be able to get any kind of "Fiance Visa" 2ndly, the ONLY way to get a Fiance Visa is,a to prove you 2 really know eachother, have seen and met in the past etc etc.No one will ever approve a finace visa, based on "internet relationship"
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How pathetic..............!!!!!! MEP, can you just come out and be yourself? What are you scared of, no one will bite you!
What an imagination! Btw, How is your broken-toe-jump-from-the-roof friend doing?
No! tip of the day: start using 'S-HIT' word instead of 'POOP'.
Also, if you do not have resident status in Germany, I believe that once you've met the personal meeting requirement, you may have to return to your home country to await consular processing. I'm not sure on this, and it would be a good idea to check with an immigration attorney to double check.
To Antifascist,
The monpoly of the board for your personal, infantile satisfaction has gone way beyond the pale. Your posts are childish and unnecessary. You have *some* immigration knowledge, either put it to use, or find another playground, please!
