Hi,

With the recent INS interim rule that I-140 - I-485 can be filed concurrently, there are a few questions:

1. Can I-485 be filed at a different service center (although concurrently) from I-140?

2. Is there a RULE which says that we HAVE to file I-485 at the service center which has jurisdiction over your place of work/residence? Or is it where your company is headquartered? Or are we free to chose which service center to file?
