If I'm married to a USC and I have no current visa but I'm married how long can I wait to file papers? Does it matter if we're married 6 months before we complete the paperwork? Or is it better to do ASAP!!
Thanx for your help..

You should file an AOS paperwork as soon as possible. Then, in two years you will have to remove "the condition" from your temporary GC to get the permanet one.

There is no bar by the INS when to sponsor a spouse. You are married to a USC so you can file Sponsorship and AOS together anytime.
Good luck.

If you are filing papers after 4 years of your marriage. You will get your GC for 10 years. You will not have to remove any condition after two years.
Good luck.
