MY Case :
My grandfather (usc) filed a petition on MAY 93 for my mother and i am joint follower with my mother (I am 18 at that time) .
At Arpil 2000 , my mother approved her green card , but as I am over 21 , my name was deleted .
Now my mother already got her green card , and can I use the new ACT (CSPS) to apply green card ?
