Hi,

I am on a L1-B visa and my I-94 is expiring on 12-feb-2005. I have applied for an extension . The INS are still processing my request and have asked for additional information. I have the receipt number of the extension petition. I am worried about the status. Can I work even though my I-94 has expired because I have applied for an extension??
