i am mindy . i have read some quetion and answer about case i -751 . i really hapy to read it because i have the same scene like that and now i am the way to file i-751 . i have filed it from nov 2006 but i didn't receive any news now ....i really worry about my case because i don't know how long does it take as well as what i have to do to ready for my interview .now i have some evidence between me and my husband like the same health insurance , bank account ,tax ,2 statements of my friend ...so what i need more for my case ?and is that enough strong for me if i have that evidence ...i am really worry and i look forwrd to hearing from your guys ..thanks

it takes a little while sometimes to get the i-751 interview or to get get proved ,,sounds good to me ,,ur id card must have the same address on ur husband's id card,,bank statments with both names on it ,,photos,the house payments or the lease on both of ur guy's names,health insurence,hotels reciepts ,credit cards in both names,whatever payments in both names,all this will help u guys ,good luck

mindy.. it takes a while to process an I751. I filed mine in Aug. 2006 and I received a receipt notice and then my biometrics appointment in that same month. After that I never heard anything until May of 2006 when they sent me a letter to appear for an interview in July 2006. I went to my interview and they said it was aproved so now I am waiting to receive my GC which could take a while. you just have to wait until the process takes place. did you receive your biometrics appt. yet?? did you receive your receipt letter?
