hi, does anyone know how long it takes to get deported back to mexico from GA? my husband already signed papers giving up his rights for a hearing.does anyone know if it is a long process to actually get deported. thanks

we live in fl, my husband was in KROME (Miami) for 2 weeks then moved to Arizona for another month!

if he sighned and agreed to be deported,,i think it takes 2 to 3 weeks for the process

Mike is correct,as he is from Mexico it would not take long form him to be deported...ive seen this from my experience in detention facility.

ssramones2, Once he finishes his prison sentence and signs all the paperwork giving up his rights to litigate his case, it should not take more than a month. Standard it usually takes 30 to 60 days. Why? because the INS needs verification that he is a national or citizen of the country he is been deported to. If his passport is provided to the INS and his plane ticket he is deported even faster. God Is In Charge. Speedy
