To those in the know...I have a refugee client who hopes to travel to visit family. However, he already filed his I-485 to adjust status to LPR about one year ago and has not yet received it (and likely won't for another year or so because of processing delays). Will this client need Advance Parole to travel or will applying for a refugee travel document suffice? Since my client's purposes of travel are neither urgent nor business-related, would he qualify for Advance Parole in the first place?

First of all he cannot travel to his country where he has taken refuge from if his family is residing there.

Yes he will have to apply for a travel documents which currently cost 165.00USD.
