Here is my situation... my fiancee was living here illigally and i got pregnant about not long after he was deported. i talked to one lawyer and she said the only way to get him back would be to get a pardon which would be very hard uless i could prove some kind of extreme hardship. I wanted to get another opinoin but i cant find any other immigration lawyers in my area.

I am afraid the attorney was right. The waiver seems to be the only option for your fiance... If the waiver does not work, you can always move to another country with your fiancee/husband... But, I am not sure if you would be interested in doing that.

I hope she's not a Foolish (Polish) girl again. Allowing herself to be pregnant and now faced with this problem.

If you got pregnant after he was deported, is that his baby? Do you mean to say that you found out that you were pregnant after he was deported?
