Pls help I would welcome any suggestion.
My eta form 750 has been certified after a long wait of about 6 years. I applied through 245I. Now I need to file my I-140. My biggest problem was My boss use one of his company to sponsor me but I think it has already closed. He is out for 2 weeks on a cuise and is not coming back till 2 weeks. Is there any other option for me if the company has already close. Could I re-apply for another company and asked to sponsor me. Is this possible and do I need to wait for another 6 years. What would you suggest for me to do. Pls kindly advise.
