Hi all,

Because of some SNAFU (got my convocation to appear while I was
moving and got it too late), my residency might be terminated. I'm
still waiting to hear from the USCIS. Trouble is, my husband (he's
American) and I have booked a cruise leaving from Fort-Lauderdale at
the end of November. If I am denied and willingly leave the country,
how long do I have to wait to go back as a regular tourist? Oh, I'm
a citizen from a country that can use the Visa waiver programe.

Is this marriage based? Was this interview , dates etc. ok

YOu have to fix this situation because it is not likely you will be able to get tourist visa becuase you will have immigrant intent.

Had you filed change of address etc.
Have you tried to reschedule interview? ok

Under what visa or VWP did you enter?
What country are you from?
Did you get married before or after entering U.S.?
What was the basis of your interview? AOS?
Why did you get the letter too late? Did you move?
