The interviewer gave 30 days to file I-601 for cancellation of removal- how do I get more time?

I was just reading an article by Carl Shusterman "Don't Take My Spouse Away, Please" and suddenly I lost it, and I can't find it. Can someone please link me to it? Thank you.
