If I have to go the route of continuing my green card reapplication...I have a question...
My husband and I have 3 kids which makes 5 in the household. We are suppose to be over the 125% poverty line which means he is suppose to make over $25,837 gross a year. Well even though he does make good money (he's a truck driver) he only grosses around $24,000. Does this mean our further applications will be denied or can I get an additional sponsor?

Tanja, you are applying for residence based on what? I read your posts, but I am still not sure what are the grounds..
Is your husband US citizen?

A person that sponsors you (spouse, parent, child) for GC has to make above the 125% poverty line. If he/she doesn't make that much, you'll need a financial co-sponsor (US citizen or resident).

It does not only have to be his salary only. You can add assests such as cars with no liens, property. Other substantial assests that he owns, but does not have a lien on them.

Yes my husband is an american citizen, anyway, we are currently still paying on our house we bought which won't be payed off for a while, we are still paying on his new truck and we had to use my car as collateral for a loan. I am guessing this won't help, right?

I would suggest that he switch his job.
Tell him to consider school-bus driving or just any city-bus driving.
AT $20/Hr he will have a potential to double his current gross income.

Regards,
IE

He is a truck driver, he would NEVER consider leaving his job, trust me...just ask anyone else who does that for a living. Once a trucker always a trucker. Its in his blood. Anyway,
I can get my father (american citizen) to co-sponsor me, thanks for the information guys.
