TSC have not moved any further forward, according to bcis.com, since the first two weeks in December. I filed I140 in July '03,to some people this may not seem such a long time, but we have jobs to go to and our lives are on hold in the UK. The whole immigration process seems to have come to a grinding halt! I thought the US were actively trying to recruit qualified registered nurses. Is it really worth the wait?

I'm afraid that you will have to wait. Backlog is so immense that it is hard to tell when you will get approved, 99% chance you will ad a RN but it will take time.

Is it worth the wait? Only you can answer that one as there are few alternatives.
