First of all,I would like to thank God for being instrumental in assisting me in my quest with the approval of my I-751 application which was approved on October 27Th,2008.
I had applied for the removal of conditions on residency last year July,2007.and had a non profit Law firm to represent me in removing the conditions. At my first visit to see my attorney, she blindly told me that USCIS will not remove the conditions,as I did not have substantial enough proof(Evidence) of the relationship,My evil wife had divorced me and filed divorce under the grounds of "Cruel and inhuman treatment",she had made up false accusations against me as to why she had filed for divorce, and the only reason why she had filed for the divorce, was because she had another man in the picture and she and I were not able to get on on good terms and she was just a ,lying, deceiving and controlling woman who was just holding a Green card over my head, threatening me from time to time, especially when we had a disagreement about any thing.
All the documents I turned up with at my attorney's office were and which were later submitted to USCIS with my I-751 application package are the following: 2 affidavits one from my brother who lives in another State(I am from the New York area)
And a good friend of mines who knew my ex wife, and had knowledge of our relationship together. Copies of 5 joint telephone bills. Copies of email correspondence between both me and the ex wife, that were exchanged between us before and after our marriage. 5 Wedding pictures of me and ex wife together. Telephone records. Tax returns, that I had filed as a single person and then eventually had was to make amendments to and changed to "Married but filing separately". A copy of a Police report, that my ex wife took out against me when she falsely called the cops on me claiming that I threatened her;of which she just lied to the police. A copy of a police report that I took out against my ex wife.and a copy of documents showing that the police had personally delivered to her,a summons to attend family court. A copy of a letter from family court stating that we both showed up for family court proceedings, and that I had withdrew the petition that I had filed against her.
Postal receipts showing her name and address, that I had sent to her parcels from time to time.
The divorce decree-And the Transcript detailing what was said at the court proceedings, etc.
And my own personal affidavit explaining what happened in our relationship leading to the divorce. How we met got married and stuff like that, and that was it!
My attorney was so full of doubts as to how my application would be treated by USCIS,that this lead me to be panicing, thinking the worst case scenario at times as to what the out come of my case would bring about.
In September,2008,I received a letter after one-year to the date that my package was submitted to USCIS.That an interview was scheduled for me in October,2008 at Federal Plaza,I asked my attorney to attend this interview with me of which she did.At the interview, the I/O,asked me just 7 simple questions, and that was it..The interview barely lasted for 10 minutes. At the end of the interview, the I/O told me and my attorney to await the final decision with in 3 Months time in the mail.
Now my prayers were answered. My I-751 application was approved, and my file sent off to the service center for card production. and that was it!
Disgusting scammer ! It is obvious that you are a fraud and I hope God will punish you !! You had absolutely no proof of a bonafide marriage. This is USCIS incomptence at its worst ! You have nothing to be proud of. I hope you burn in hell.
