Why would you want to withdraw it?

If you want to withdraw the petition before the visa has been issued, send a certified letter to the office adjudicating your case.

If the visa has been issued, it's too late. You just have to avoid your fiancé(e) for the 90 days he/she is allowed in the US.

If you are the foreign fiancé(e) and you don't want to come to the US, just skip the interview.

Thanks, It is a foreign fiancee, and all that has been received is a notice of action.During the time of the visa processing, some qualities of this person has come to light ,that makes my friend not want to pursue this relationship. The problem is he now has plans to apply for another fiance visa , and is concerned that he cannot apply while the first application is in progress.
