NOW MY QUESTIONS ARE:::----
1) HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR HER TO BECOME
CITIZEN?
2) WHEN I MARRY HER AFTER SHE GETS CITIZENSHIP 3) WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO APPLY FOR A GREEN CARD
FOR ME.
4) WILL I GET A LABOUR CERTIFICATION? AND IF
YES HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE
First, congrats on your engagement and your fiancee wanting to become a USC.
Please click here to find out the processing times for the N-400. She would have filed the form to the USCIS field office servicing her area. Generally it takes about 6 months, or sometimes longer, depending on where you apply. There is a
guide, M-476 that can answer all your questions.
When you marry after she becomes a USC, she will file the form I-485, I-130, and all other relevant forms to adjust your status. The time frame is a little longer. You must prove a valid marriage, in other words, marrying for love and not for ulterior motives.
This guide will help answer some additional questions.
When your future wife applies for the adjustment of status, she can file the form I-766, work authorization document. This will allow you to work in the United States without restriction, except for government jobs (generally). It takes about 90 days to process and is filed concurrently with the I-485.
In the meantime, continue to keep your F-1 visa status current.
