One of my friend is wondering how he can get the minimum salary for accounting BS degree holder (fresh graduate) in Richmond, VA for H1B visa purpose. Anyone has any idea where he might get an tentative idea?

Or go to yahoo.com or google.com and enter in the search: salary calculator and you can get the medial, lower and upper percentiles salaries of virtually every town in the US.

Can someone please give me some more specific info? Is there a site where one can check labor dept assesed wage for various categories in VA? The one my friend can get looks like on the high end (his offer is below that).
