You didn't read it did you? Try again, and this time, take the blinders off. Remember, you're dealing with a foreign country and its strictly enforced religious based laws, not this one. He at least admitted he was there as a child and his step father was muslim and a citizen from that country. The rest of it is academic, and in front of you if you're willing to see it.

No no, I mean proof beyond the convoluted imaginings and hearsay information by conspiracy theorists like you. Hehehe! that's tantamount to insulting the very rigid and constitutionally ordained electoral processes. Evidence rejected. Next...
"The letter of the law is a sword that killeth; its intent is a spirit that giveth life." (Justice Holmes on 3 Cor 3:6)
Convoluted? The laws of another country are not valid? Laws he was subject to for several years, and technically still is.
If you are so blind as to ignore such blatant evidence coupled with facts given by the accused then you are lost. Along with the rest of the drones who voted for him. Truth is, and I already know this. You don't care. All you want is CIR. Above all else, at any cost, no matter what, it's all that matters. You would have voted for anyone, even binladen, if it meant a better chance at getting what you sold out for.

Oops! I didn't say that the laws of any country are invalid. Please show me where I've signified anything to that effect. But make no mistake about this, that I hold the US Constitution in highest regard, as well as the flawlessness of the presidential selection, nomination (caucuses and/or primaries), the election itself, its transparency, fairness, and its legal bearing. Which you obviously don't. Because for you, the validity of any law is dependent on who benefits from it. If really so, oh well, it's time for you to rather choose between either of the unsure countries like Austria or Hungary! Sorry, no revolt nor anarchy is bound to happen anywhere in the future. And have no doubt about this: your dreamt-of failure isn't taking place either. Good day!

You said it was convoluted and hearsay. What I posted was from the country he was in as a child. He admitted he had a step father. That step father is Indonesian. He admitted to living there. Which denotes being subject to their law. How much more simpler can it be? This doesn't even touch on the Kenyan connection.
As I said earlier, wouldn't be a first time we had to say oops, after the fact. Look up the couple senators who had to step down due to not being eligible to serve. It's happened. The system is good. But make no mistake. By the fact it is human formed and by our nature inherently flawed, it can and does happen. Mistakes are likely to occur from time to time.

Dropped off at midnight at the house ways and means committee.
Calling on the CBO (congressional budget office) for comment. These are the people who are supposed to review legislation to determine a bills financial impact on the country.
Question: How much will this cost? Answer: We don't know.
Question: Is it budget neutral? Answer: We don't know.
Question: To what income level will this impact. Answer: To those making 9000.00 a year or more.
Question: Are there new taxes? Answer: Yes, again, it will create new taxes for those making 9k or more. Oops, what happened to 250K?
The CBO hasn't read through it but are expected to blindly support it.
A few other notable actions of late on this.
Senior Senate Democrats took aim at insurers Wednesday, threatening to assess them a new fee to help offset the cost of covering millions of Americans now without coverage.
New York Sen. Charles Schumer, the Senate's No. 3 Democrat, said the Finance Committee, which is at work on its own legislation, could seek as much as $100 billion from the industry.
Real nice, politicians are making threats to private business. I guess they got the cue from their leader (not mine).
But after months of stressing the need for negotiation, the president also hit back at critics for a second straight day, saying the public insurance option "would make health care more affordable by increasing competition, providing more choices and keeping insurance companies honest."
More competition? How, when according to the bill no one will be permitted as a new employee from enrolling in anything but the government program.
COVERAGE GOAL: Seeks to raise level to 97 percent of Americans. On what planet?
COST: $615 billion over 10 years. More like 1.3 trillion in 5 years, or less.
REQUIREMENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS: People will have to have insurance, enforced through tax penalty. You betcha!
REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYERS: Those that don't offer coverage will pay a penalty of $750 a year for each full-time worker. Will be 7500.00 within a week.
GOVERNMENT-RUN PLAN: The government would pay doctors and hospitals based on what private insurers now pay. (The lowest paying private insurer)

And what about bills tacked onto the back of "must pass" military spending bills Bush and his cohorts used as a way of bypassing any debate on them? That's how the REAL ID Act and the so-called Bankruptcy Reform Act were passed in 2005.
Your Repubs played the same game too.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move - Douglas Adams
Perhaps there was some turn about back in the day. However, the difference being the small add ons slipped in were miniscule compared to the gigantic liabilities of a government run health care program. One we all know will be twice as expensive and half as functional.
Health care is about 1/6 the entire nation's economy. To not give proper scrutiny and continue this emergency room pace at passage is a scary throught. Makes you wonder. Why the rush and why the avoidance of analysis. Obvious answer. If given the details it would at once cause a financial cardiac arrest.
This bill will die though. Mark my words. Too many dems know the crushing impact on jobs would all but guarantee lost elections next time around. People still hold a job at higher priority than free medical. Of course the repubs will be blamed. But that is ok. Come next year when taxes are hiked into the stratosphere everyone will wonder. What if that did pass, Holy krap, we'de be bankrupt by now!

Obama's nationality question should have been or should be resolved in the proper forum i.e. in the judicial system not on the murky cobweb of presentday blogosphere. But that no court of law is willing to even entertain such a question is another matter. Indeed, it's tough, and it makes those whom he trampled in the last contest awed and shocked and furious.
44th sitting president duly-elected in an age-old process with only two controversial contests in 1876 and 2000 but both peaceably resolved in a 'human formed' system notwitstanding doesn't seem flawed to me.
"The letter of the law is a sword that killeth; its intent is a spirit that giveth life." (Justice Holmes on 3 Cor 3:6)
Oh yes, it was resolved alright. Truth was blocked, impeded, and hidden at every juncture of the process pushing to the point of no return.
Withheld by a democrat machine which flagrantly ignored the constitutional requirements and stood behind some haphazardly posted green image on a web site as being beyond reproach and authentic. Sorry, I don't buy it. And neither do a lot of people. The records were never examined and never authenticated. A simple act on it's own which could have quelled and prevented the level of descent currently building.
Duly elected? Duly conned were the electorate by democrats who controlled this machine of deception and lies. For what purpose? The goal of absolute power. Which corrupts absolutely. Again that age old paradigm reveals a truth of human nature. Unnecessary with the protections in place since our inception. Defenses stomped on and ignored for an unsavory purpose.

Translation: the bitterness of defeat that's written all over, deep down, and beyond.
... while in the background is a distant weeping and gnashing of teeth, with the faint yet sorrowful refrain: I hope he fails... I hope he fails... I hope he fails...
I'll say it once again, a great citizen knows when his allegiance to his political party ends and when his allegiance to his country and flag begins...
... almost all republicans don't have this willpower and character.
"The letter of the law is a sword that killeth; its intent is a spirit that giveth life." (Justice Holmes on 3 Cor 3:6)
That would all hold true, except the last typically ridiculous comment. The core of the country was cracked with this raping of our principles.
Don't you find it odd that in no time in recent history we've had this level of disdain for the political process? In 40+ years I've never heard the word revolt mentioned so often and with such affirmed determination as it is now, regardless who won.
But what do you care. You're getting CIR, or so you think. When your single mindedness is shattered at the withdrawal of that promise, get back to me on this subject.

Well then, kindly show any proof that the McCain/Palin ticket had any chance of winning had the contest been 'clean' instead as alleged not to have been so. (This is boring and irresistible at the same time).
"The letter of the law is a sword that killeth; its intent is a spirit that giveth life." (Justice Holmes on 3 Cor 3:6)
An unknown variable applied to past events can not produce a predicted response. A nonsense question, as expected.
Aside that. It would have been clean, which is what people want and expect from this country. After all. Isn't that part of the draw to this land? Unfortunately the principle of loyal adversaries has been breached.

No no, don't twist and spin out of an issue that's as clear as day here, and what all this hullabaloo is about. 365 to 173 (another boring figure) doesn't look like a victory borne out of cheating to me.

Sure, just as your single concern is CIR so to are many others looking for their free lunch. Lulled into a sense of entitlement, people will sell out for the cheapest of rewards.
