I agree his place of birth shouldn't be a mystery. Conflicting stories of where he was born started all of this. I don't understand why he doesn't come out forthright to clear this up. He needed a copy of his birth certificate to get a passport to travel to other countries, right? I say produce it for the American public to view. Not if the current trend continues. Dems are losing ground quickly. While I've tried to support Obama and his team, they are quickly losing my support. Would tax cuts and less Government spending have had any quicker effect Proud? I highly doubt so. Nobody is spending anything because they don't know if they'll have a job next week.

If the Repubs had won and carried out the "less taxes, less Government" mantra, I guarantee you they'd be saying give it more time, it doesn't happen overnight.

Filing of I-140 without the original, requesting duplicate Labor certification. The situation may also involve I-140 amendment petitions without the original labor certification to recapture earlier priority dates from prior I-140 petitions because the original certified labor certification will not be readily available for adjudication within 15 calendar days. The latter practice has been adhered to particularly by the Texas Service Center.

A Form I-140 petition in which a final decision has been made. Too obvious reason.

It is a best practice to write a separate check for I-907 filing fees such that rejection of I-907 for whatever reasons will not result in rejection of entire filing including I-140 petition. It is not stated in the foregoing guidance, but PPS request signed by an alien beneficiary or a legal counsel without the petitioning employer's consent will also be rejected. Only the petitioning employer or its legal counsel with the employer's authorization can file the PPS request.

Both parents must have been muslim. His mother would have been required to sign a conversion to muslim certification. More than likely a second marriage was required with it being the law of the land civil marriages are not recognized and neither are they between members of different religions. Lastly, to this day, it's still generally required for people to be married to live together. This isn't the U.S. of A. This is a country with the largest muslim population in the world. Very primitive with regard to freedom as compared to ours.

Since Obama's Indonesian stepfather adopted him this brings about the issue of citizenship. Which in Indonesia, follows the father, per their law. Examining the above link sheds light on the first of many lies told to us.

This doesn't include the problems with the first country on the list, Kenya. BTW, I know two people from there. Yes, there was a cover up.
