Why didn't Obama respond to this disaster? Why is he not showing some of that "compassion" that he claims he has ???

I made an account only to send this post. I will not be on here ever again most likely. But as of july 03, 2009, The cap and trade bill is being voted on. Medicare and medicade plans, on a corrupted system. Didnt work in canada etc. why for us? and the big whopper, 20,000 troops to afganistan. I lost my job today, and the economy is getting worst by the minute. Your president is a fraud. And is not my president. My last check is going to buy ammunation for this civil war in the making. Sonofmichael, you are not alone.

And what about that brainwave of an idea in Iraq? Who came up with that? Dumbf*ck Rumsfeld. If it hadn't been for the mid-terms in 2006, we'd still be fighting his vision of war in Iraq! Roll Eyes

All those who do not like Obama as President should have contract with their doctors to treat your belly pain. Obama is here for at least 4 years and will be here for anohter four years -- 2nd term.

That would be 3 1/2 years left in his term. 2nd term is still up in the air. No certainties in politics.

Assuming nothing "tragic" should occur. hee hee.
Remember that he is the "Manchurian Candidate". Terrorists will make it look like the whites did it and the negroes will go ape. Obama is well aware of this and willing to sacrifice himself for his muslim beliefs.

We know for certain Madame Palin isn't up for grabs in 2012 (luckily).

More inconsistencies surface

Things we already know:

1 Obama’s paternal grandmother, Sarah Hussein Obama, has claimed that she was present, along with Obama’s half-brother and half-sister, when Obama was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961.”

2 Even if Obama was born in Kenya, he could have received a Hawaiian registration of birth under Hawai’i Revised Statutes §338.17-8 (Not the same thing as a Birth Certificate.)

3 If Obama did travel on an Indonesian passport at age 20, this complicates the issue . . . (He has more than one passport?)

New information has surfaced concerning Obama's true identity.

A list of some 100 addresses found on LEXIS-NEXIS and Choice Point under the name of Barack Obama (and similar spellings) that were attached to various social security numbers, including two in Tennessee , as well as a list of 130 current employments found for Barry Obama, Barack H. Obama and Michelle Obama. The first three digits of the social security number provide information on the states and the social security numbers came from different states all over the country. One particular social security number, that was used while Obama was a law student at Harvard, was attached to his address in Sommerville , MA , and was issued in Connecticut , this social security number was for a 118 years old

Judge tosses Obama citizenship case

""A federal judge on Thursday threw out a lawsuit questioning President Barack Obama's citizenship, lambasting the case as a waste of the court's time and suggesting the plaintiff's attorney may have to compensate the president's lawyer." AP, Mar. 5, 2009."

Order dismissing Obama citizenship suit

""This case, if it were allowed to proceed, would deserve mention in one of those books that seek to prove that the law is foolish or that America has too many lawyers with not enough to do. Even in its relatively short life the case has excited the blogosphere and the conspiracy theorists. The right thing to do is to bring it to an early end. ... Because it appears that the complaint in this case may have been presented for an improper purpose such as to harass; and that the interpleader claims and other legal contentions of plaintiff are not warranted by existing law or by non-frivolous arguments for extending, modifying or reversing existing law or for establishing new law, the accompanying order of dismissal requires Mr. Hemenway to show cause why he has not violated Rules 11(b)(1) and 11(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and why he should not be required to pay reasonable attorneys fees and other expenses to counsel for the defendants." Hollister v. Soetoro, D.C.D.C."

This is a new case. The old one you cited also has some interesting remarks in it.

"The right thing to do is to bring it to an early end. ... Because it appears that the complaint in this case may have been presented for an improper purpose such as to harass;

Appears to be harassing? Nothing specific given as to how that all encompassing decision was reached.

This isn't new either. As a good democrat will do, hide the truth. This has happened before, numerous times, albeit not at the presidential level. The resistance will be enormous given that the radicals have taken over. if nothing else. At least the cry of the righteous will be recorded. And perhaps, later, these will be revisited and a single thought will come to mind. We should have listened.

But please don't leave out the meatier part that says:

"... and that the interpleader claims and other legal contentions of plaintiff are not warranted by existing law or by non-frivolous arguments for extending, modifying or reversing existing law or for establishing new law, the accompanying order of dismissal requires Mr. Hemenway to show cause why he has not violated Rules 11(b)(1) and 11(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and why he should not be required to pay reasonable attorneys fees and other expenses to counsel for the defendants."

Justice is blind and the law rules, remember? Or it depends whose behind takes on the whip's whacking. But for the mean time, I say: Cry on, baby, cry on. And please do read my lips, none of these silly attempts would ever prosper now and anywhere in the future!

We'll see what comes of it all. What you cited was derived from the judge's obvious prejudice. The baseless assumption of it being harassing in nature. Of course nothing given to suggest how so. When the consequence is perhaps a little less harmful it might be shown the light of day.

Don't you find it strange the SSN number he used while in college was issued to someone 118 years old? Or that it was issued in Connecticut. The then law in Hawaii allowing for after the fact birth certificates? Why hawaii? The grandmother and other relatives stating his birth took place in Kenya prior to their knowledge of its impact on his eligibility? Or how about his Indonesian passport?

Too many inconsistencies to be granted blind faith. Lets not forget some other obscure details. Some to which, by coincidence, I am privy to. One is the then custom of the country where he resided for several years of his youth, Indonesia. There, any couple must be married in order to cohabit. The marriage required both parties and children to be of the same religion. And the most gulling of all, that the children assume the citizenship of the father. Who just so happened to be Indonesian and muslim. This requirement extended to eligibility for attending class. Which he did. Those classes being in a muslim based system for a substantial time.

Hah! I like both its substance and style! And yet I don't blame others by viewing this holding prejudicial because in all judicial contests there are three truths: that of the plaintiff's, the defendant's, and the arbiter's. But the vanquished do always weep in the end, that's but natural. The US's system of arbitration is by far one of the fairest in the world. Oops! it just depends either you're an embittered and embarrassingly defeated republican or you're not!

Why can't you Repubs just accept the fact Obama won and it has been proven over and over again that he is qualified to be President. Move on please!

Given the obvious ramifications of undoing a presidential election this judge didn't have much of a choice. No evidence cited to buttress the haphazard claim of harassment. Why the comment about there being too many lawyers in the negative? Is he trying to say, help me? After all, we have more lawyers per capita than most any other country. As most would agree, too many.

Greater still, in all past history, no matter how angry the defeated. We have never seen formal challenges such as these levied against a sitting president. Those alone should spark further scrutiny. That is, if we are to maintain the banner of the fairest arbiter. Which should side with and support that which is right.

The mere fact he was at minimum a citizen of a foreign country, even if just a short while, makes him ineligible in my mind.

It hasn't been proven he is even a citizen. The cases have not gone to trial, not once. They have all been shoved under the rug with no investigation. No light of the day observance. If he were a citizen and wanted to win people over, why not answer the challenges? Why not crack open the history of his life for all to see. Why the secrecy, objections, and all manner of avoidance? There is something to hide. That is the problem. Once you get past the selling out of your country for the free gift he promised last year your eyes might be opened.

How is it every time a challenge comes up in court it gets thrown out? If there were a real credibility to the claim he isn't a natural-born American, don't you think they would go forward with it?? The fact it doesn't happen tells me the claims are baseless.
