I just reread Sammy's post that contained the laws in other countries, now 4now's post to Swiss makes sense about going to hong kong, duhhhhh. #8 sounds pretty bad to me...

Sammy, bout time you brought some more "comic relief" to the board, been missing your humor. Wink
