lol, Actually Sammy indeed I have been accused of being from outer space on occasion Wink but no I dont have limbo 751 situation. I do however have several previous clients in similar situation who came to me for help and did a great deal of research in their matters. One of them was fraud. It appears becuase of 9/11 bottleneck that so many of these seem to be cropping up now.

am I male or female.. Sammy are u asking for a date? u say it doesnt matter. gosh Sammy are we talking b- i- s-e-x-u-a-l here loooooool Eek

yes , Mohan is fabulous person & Sincere and helps so so many. I only came upon this board by accident.. and I have a "top 10 of why I stayed" but will only mention a couple: I was so impressed by the sincerity of professionals like you Mohan & Umesh that I decided to stay 4 now. Also I think the board's members interaction with one another are great and even mutual respect is eventually gained amongst even those who previously appeared to want to kill one another. And of course last but not least the entertainment from.. (well we know) had a little something to do with it tooSmile

Well I see Happy Hour is upon us now, so why dont we all just relax, have some fun, & go have a few laughs do some Karaoke over at Michael's Comedy Cafe.

Come on Swiss, u come too. never know... u might meet someone Big Grin

To 4Now,
I missed your post, where you wrote about politics.I guess I was typing that time also.

I think I made my self clear before, when I said "petition was officially withdrawn by USC and approved by service. in that case waiver for alien to let him stay here because its not his fault, thats all."
Rest of the part belongs to hearing procedure.
your conclusion of ""
IJ can temporarily reinstate sponsership from USC where 751 petition was allowed to be
withdrawn by the Service. And also where IJ has overruled the service on 751 denial and given the alien a conditional residency approval contingent to getting a new sponser. "" is not what I wrote.its not correct.
HERE, What I wrote
" once petition is withdrawn IJ cannot reinstate that but sometimes IJ reinstate the sponsor support till either sponsor gets other means.""

I know I write short and brief but its clear. The above statement clearly says that petition cannot be reinstated, and if you read my post before this post you will see that I mentioned I-864 is dependent supporting document and once petition is no more valid ,what good will be the supporting doc?
Yes I said about the processing how it works in Court.
IJ can be ruled the INS trial attorneys objection, and I said Trial attorney can Appeal the IJ's ruling too. ( he has to do it by motion if he thinks ,ruling is not according to law)I did not mention statement that INS attorney overrule the IJ decision.
The support (I 864)once already died with the withdrawn petition, and deponds upon the individual cases, sometime IJ give a sort of relief to alien( can be any form) and one occasion for support I,ve seen IJ suggest the
family court as an answer to a question raised by appellants attorney and have no jurisdiction.
due to that reason I wrote it depends upon case by case.

4now:

My statement-"Whether you are a male or female" was not made to get date with you. Similiarly, my another statement-"It doesn't matter to me" was not made also for the purpose of getting date with either s-e-x. As you know, I've made it crystal clear previously that I don't come over this Board to find a date. And, I am sorry to say that I am zillion of miles away from any K-i-n-k-y or other things like bi or whatever you or other may call it. I am very conservative, old-fashioned, laid back and kinda shy type of person. I am just trying to have some fun on the side over here, that all Cool. But, I know you really don't mean to offend me, instead you are also only kidding when you said those things.

Well, I am feeling very happy and jolly today as if a fiesta or some kind of holiday going on Smile, because I am waiting very eagerly to watch 'Victoria's Secret show' on CBS at 10pm Eastern time. This is my all time favorite show. Omg, how can I even miss those gorgeous models and their "secret's" Wink. Ciao.

Seems to me, Sammyt, that nice guys like you would have many offers. What's the problem? Of course, if you choose not to answer that's ok, bcz I realize that you may wonder why on earth would Swiss be any sort of judge on who's nice and who's not - after all look what her husband was able to pull over on her. But the answer is that I was a trusting person...and despite what has happened - I do intend to trust again. Perhpas this time it will be better appreciated and returned. What do you think?

Dear Swissnut:

I don't think anything whenever ask anything from me, nor I am wonder why do you have to judge someone. I'm very glad that you are intended to trust again, and I'll pray that this time it will be better appreciated and returned for you. As you know- Love is more sweeter second time around Smile. And, you DO deserve all the happiness in the life because it's seemed to me that you are very nice and trusting person. I don't care what others think about you, but I feel the same as I told you.

Life is always up and down, full of problems, sorrow, happiness and etc. Some people get more and others get less. Sometimes things happen in everyone's life that we can not even control. But, it doesn't mean that we have to hold-on to it. Life is too short and we should try to live it to its fullest. That's how I feel-Love and be loved.

Ok, now when you've asked me- what is the problem since the guy like me, might have many offers, so dear, my answer is- First of all, thank you very much for considering me a nice guy, otherwise honestly I did not know this until now. Secondly, I am looking for TURE love, and not for "time-being" or "Part-time" love, and the women whom I met so far, were looking only those kind of love. Thirdly, I care honesty, loyalty, trust and mutual respect most in a relationship, but the women I met so far, don't seem to care about these values. Fourth, I don't go out intentionally to find someone to have relationship with, since I already told you that I am kinda shy person, so obviously I won't get that lucky anyhow because of my this shyness behaviour, but I can be opened later-on once I know the person well. In addition, as you know I don't drink nor smoke, so obviosuly there is no reason for me to go bar to find someone. I don't care if someone drink or smoke, but I just don't like women from BARS anyway. Fifth, my life is usually around my church, my business and my loneliness. I don't like to involve with someone around my surroundings because I believe if relationship won't work, then I may ruin the friendship with them. Sixth, in the end-you can say that I am not a lucky person in love. That's all I can say to you honestly.

What are you doing over here at this time? Isn't it you should be watching CBS very soon? Maybe, you don't care those "secrets", but I have to care those, since those are the only "secrets" I can see keep until....... Wink

Sammy:

Yes, I did watch part of the show...and although no one can say that the women were absolutely fabulous looking, the BEST part for me in the show was STING. Love his voice, love his work, he's my favourite performer...and it made my night.
