My boyfriend is an illegal alien from Honduras, and we want to get married.He is currently in jail and will be deported back to his country in January. We want to get married and be together as soon as possible, and i don't know if we should apply for a fiancee visa, get married over there, or get married over here, i know of one visa were if we get married he will be allowed to stay here until his paper work is processed, but all of this is so complicated and we want to make the right choice!!! please somebody help, ASAP!!!

Don't know too much about immigration laws, but from what I've been reading on these posts, it doesn't look good for him. See what happens when you stay here illegaly?

Let me see...an illegal alien who disregards America's sovereignty and rule-of-law by sneaking into the country. He then lands in jail, doubtless for commiting an additional crime in addition to being in the country illegally...and you really think that he's going to get a Green Card??
