My wife and me entered to the country legally, I work for the government with a TN visa and my wife holds a TD Visa.
Recently my first daughter was born here in the United States. The question is, can we apply for a green card or other kind or visa because of my birth's daughter ?

I am not 100% sure on this and maybe a senior member can give you more information, but... I think your daughter has to reach the age of 21 before she can sponsor you for Greencard.
Jake01 - you are correct. See below (from uscis.gov):
If the sponsor is a U.S. Citizen, they may petition for the following foreign national relatives to immigrate to the U.S:
Husband or wife Unmarried child under 21 years of age Unmarried son or daughter over 21 Married son or daughter of any age Brother or sister, if the sponsor is at least 21 years old, or Parent, if the sponsor is at least 21 years old.
