Yes please, you can do so at least after two weeks from the date of the notice of mailing. Problems do occur sometimes with mails during transit or it's perhaps with their own mail room, you don't know.

I am new, I plan to file an I-130 petition for my husband. I read that USCIS e-mailed you notice of Approval. Is there something special that i would need to do, to have this service too? And when you filed the I-130 did you provide as requested Affidavits by third parties to ascertain that you are married? or did you use any other type of documentation?

No, she did not file this online, she is registered on the USCIS Webseite. That means if there is any change in her Petition or application, she get information about it.
