I have been an LPR since 1999. I got married to a British Citizen in 2001 and susequently filed an I-130 and my wife returned to London. On one of her numerous trips, she was refused entry and she had to return to London. She later got a six months visa and she has overstayed now. My question is, will that affect my chances of getting my Citizenship when I apply in a couple of months?
