Are you getting the same thing? Once I type in my name and click on Login, I get a blank new window. Is the software still down?

The window is working fine. Please make sure you are not using an old URL to login as we recently upgraded the software.

Go to the home page (http://www.ilw.com) and click on the LOGON link you see in the top left under the immigrant's column.

I enter the login window, but all I get is a white screen. On the top left corner there's an option that says Digichat and when I click on it, there's a logout button, nothing else.
Isn't anybody else getting the same thing? It's been like this for at least 2 weeks!

It looks like you have a Java problem on your machine. Our chats have been well attended in the last month with no complaints of software access. You may also have Java turned off in your browser options this could cause the problem. Explore your Internet Options.

Usually upgrading your browser Internet Explorer or Netscape to the latest or recent version fixes the problem with Java too.

In order to properly enter the Chat, I needed to reinstall Microsoft VM
