I think it is possible that she could stop any deportation from happening if she claimed she was abused. Then all will be forgiven even a clear case of marriage fraud.

Hard to immigrate to the U.S.? Not. We accept 1 million legal immigrants a year. Another 1 million illegal immigrants. Immigrating is easy. However, if you claim that immigrating to the U.S. is hard, then why do the same people continue to support the chain migration policies that keep out those without family here? Can't have your cake and eat it, too.

If you make earning a living so hard the bank robberies will continue. The answer is to open the vaults. They are going to take it regardless the law. Therefor the law must be wrong and the criminals right.
