Hi guys,

25 days ago, My i-751 was approved from Kansas city, MO homeland security office and i had received an approval letter after 2 days. but after that, i have not received a well come notice or My green card yet. 1 week ago I called NSC and asked about it. a woman answerd the phone and said, they haven't received an approval record yet. whenever i try to see my case status online it says, my case is pendning.

guys, is it normal? usually, how long does it take to receive a well come notice or an actual green card? do you have a same case like mine?

I don't think I-751s get welcome notice. They have been in the States for a while, so why "welcome"?
It takes a little time to order and produce a new GC... and on-line status is not known to be up-to-date all the time either.

I don't think you have something to worry about. Give it a few more weeks.

Oh yea! This is very normal. USCIS is lacking behind many, many weeks. My EAD was approved and appearently issued in April of 07. I received it in June. The system kept on telling me it is pending. I went to talk to an officer, who then told me that it was approved. Just hang in there!

Yes Kollerkrot, you must be right. but on the USCIS website they wrote like, if you don't get a well come notice or green card in a month then call us. so it's almost a month, i might have to call them after few days i guess. Thanks for sharing your experience!
