Who knows what forms are contained in packet 3 which the embassy sends out?

Packet 3 for K1-Visa contains:

DS-230
DS-156
DS-156K
DS-2000
I-134
IV-15 (Checklist)

Thx sols,which form is DS-2000? cant seem to find it on the BCIS site.Am going to have a couple of questions on the other forms hope u wont mind assisting,one question that comes right off is on the Form DS-156,it asks one to state how long he will be in the states? thats funny cos am not coming back anytime soon so what do i say??

The DS-2000 is not really a form as such. It only gives information about what evidence to collect for the I-134.
I was stuck with the same question on the DS-156K so I emailed the Embassy and they told me to write "Indefinitely". Hope this helps and good luck! :)
