I am doing research for a political science class and figured that immigration would be a "hot topic" for a reseaarch paper considering the recent events in the US. My teacher wants me to include information on immigration checkpoints and what not. I just moved here from Ohio and so I am unfamiliar with all this border patrol and checkpoint stuff. I have searched the web for common and permanent checkpoints but have come up with nothing helpful. Are there checkpoints all over the US or just in the border states? Any info anybody has would be greatly appreciated!
