hi ...

as long as I know Jordon doesn't come in list for DCF ...so your best bet is fiancée visa / K 1 ...much faster than K3...Good luck...Pasha

The way to go is either a k-1 fiance visa or after marriage in Jordan file a Petition for Alien Relative. The K-3 Visa doesnt speed anything up due to processing times. There are some issues you should be aware of prior to going to Jordan, such as what documents to bring back with you. (will save you lots of time mailing) If you want help from an experienced legal professional please call 410-404-6813

If you check on this link you can find procedures to file k-3 or k-1. Check the immigration website for updated forms/fees. If you have any questions you can post them here, on visajourney.com's forum, or immigrate2us.net's forum and people will try to help you. The procedures for k-3 or k-1 are pretty straight forward and attached to the form are instructions, including what documents and proofs to send in with the forms and fees.
