Actually Alipac is not just against Illegal aliens, they are against anyone who even came in legally and overstayed and so on.
There are and have been plenty of people here that have done that, or in process of trying to become legal, that does not make them the same as aliens jumping the border does it?
They have hatred towards any type of alien or immigrant who puts a step wrong.
If the likes of Bev or another Alicrapper posting what they do is ok, then why do majority of other forums like this one ban them? Some of those sites even delete content posted by say Bev, due to copyright violations or they think it is inappropriate.
Will those well known popular websites accept Bev's posts or accept someone who purposes posts a link to their website to cause mischief? I don't think so.
ILW is becoming a joke according to other sites. I know Sam is trying to change the rules here and there but maybe he should take note from other respectful and welcoming sites about their types of moderation. I think there should be opinions on both sides of the spectrum and someone can air their thoughts about illegal immigration. There has been plenty on here about it, but there is a difference between putting through their thoughts and coming here using this site to help the likes of Alipac and their mission to build up traffic to their archives or even their networks.
When SOM or S12 get out of hand, we do come down on them and even reporting it to Sam. This is not a vendetta against Beverly. Many of us have complained about SOM and S12's posts towards members on here, especially new members.
If they or anyone else did the same as Beverly and posted links to this site, wanting others to come and cause havoc, or advertise this site as pro-illegal knowing that this again could cause more trouble with members from that site, I am sure I or anyone else would report that to Sam too.
If I was allowed to post the emails or PM's here or to Sam directly from new members or even older members who all want to remain to keep this private, you will see what kind of impact Bev and even the likes of S12 and Som have on this site. They do not want to post their feelings as they do not want backlash or to be looked at as being part of a vendetta like some of us are seen as to doing, and they don't want to PM Sam because they don't trust him in case he posts them on the board.

First and foremost whether you are a border jumper or a visa overstayer,ILLEGAL IS ILLEGAL and we have laws that should be obeyed and when you don't there are consequences when you get caught.
If America was as lawless as any of the 3rd world nations most of you come from, NONE OF YOU would be clammering to come here or overstay your VISAs. That is why we have laws, so that we do not become a poverty stricken, over populated, multicultural third world cesspool which we are fast becoming as a result of all of the illegal visa overstayers and border jumpers.
That being said, I'm not going to try to change anybody's stance or opinions about ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION or any of the million and one forums that have Americans working to have our laws enforced in order to abolish the current destruction that is resulting from it. As for those threads on this board that provides information to those who wish to legally immigrate, as well as those who come here to continually circumvent America's laws, I have never posted in any of those threads. If they chose to read the information that I have posted, they can distinguish from the titles of the threads what they contain and op not to view them.
The thread is entitled "IMMIGRATION THREAD" not "PRO ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION THREAD".
I'm not here posting anything that is not permitted in the rules. Ipost the articles and the links that contain them. There are MILLIONS of anti ILLEGAL ALIEN WEBSITES and its not necessary to advertise them, just ask one of your stalking pro-illegal buddies.
As for those who are leaving, if they are leaving it's by choice and it has NOTHING to do with me.

You hear or read about a crime in your area, immediately it has to be an ILLEGAL. No names given, nothing about being an alien of any kind, but you have to presume that it is an ILLEGAL or MEXICAN.
This is the difference between someone being anti illegal or being racial.
What you are doing is trying to make a campaign not only against illegals, but Hispanics too. You want people to hate Hispanics so the ones who used to blame or hated Black people can now hate Hispanics. Some of posts are like as if you want to cause trouble between the Black race and Hispanic races. You are full of hate, and somewhere down the line something happened to you to make you feel this way. Reading most what the Alicrappers have written, nearly all of them have had trouble with an illegal alien or a Hispanic in their lives, hence the hatred. I understand some of their reasonings too. The thing is, it no longer becomes a campaign against one person, it becomes prejudice or racial to a whole race or to a whole group of people. It also becomes an obsession.

Post some hard and fast rules and monitor the board. The first one or two that are kicked off will be a wake-up for anybody else because the rules will be cut and dry. We can't go on and on like this. It will reduce your work load as well because there's nothing left for interpretation. We all thank you for considering our opinions but we can't spend time debating each and every issue that pops up and this probably won't be the last if unless some new rules are soon immplemented.
Harrassment. Racist remarks should fall under harrassment. I know many corporations whom would terminate an individual immediately if they were to call anybody the 'N' word or even call anybody an 'IA' (Illegal Alien). I know a person employed in a high capacity whom was transferred to another office location because he slipped with his remarks occasionally, not meaning any harm though, and asked somebody if they had a green card. It was taken offensively which normally has to be the underlying premise - if a person feels uncomfortable, etc. by the remark made. This person was relocated before he slipped again and a lawsuit would be slapped on them.
Corporations don't allow these terms to be used by employees. That includes the 'N' word and 'Illegal Alien' both. A member on this board can feel that being called an 'Illegal Alien' is as offensive as being called the 'N' word.
But Beverly can call everybody whatever she pleases and pushes it to the limit. In the real world and on this forum you can push somebody so far and then spitb-alls in the form of politically incorrect language will eventually be seen. iperson didn't come out one day and throw the word to Beverly. Beverly walked into it. She's shown her character by the way she's called everybody everyname she could.
Beverly had shown her character on this board with no end in sight. What does Beverly expect? I'm not saying it's right and I'm not saying it's wrong. I'm saying that if you think you can call others all the names you want then you best be ready when somebody throws what you're not going to want to hear back at you whether it's politically correct or not. With no rules to that affect then we learn as we go along.
You need to incorporate rules such as iperson, ProudUSC and probably others have mentioned. The racist remarks and whatever else can come under harrassment. All one has to do is look up harrassment and it's not only sexual harrassmet rules as most first think of. Corporations have these rules in place and Sam you are well aware of them and if not you'd be able to obtain counsel. If a member feels they're been offended by another then they can click the alert button and if the offense falls under those rules then they receive the penalty for whatever you implement it being.
INTENT. I think that word rings a bell. She invited others here to interfere with the functions of this board. She didn't invite them to consider becoming a memeber and say anything good about it. She had intentions of what she wanted to do and furthermore she named who she wanted 'attacked.'
How much clearer can it be than that? You've seen the posts but primarily the duplications all over the place. You've seen the duplications in the threads mentioned that have recently occurred and went on for a span of how many days? You read what she warned me about and did it in capital letters which is considered to be shouting when one writes in all capitals.
That's what 'mischief' leads up to. It doesn't get better - only worse. Drive would be interpreted as to do what it takes to drive them nutty. The action she'd use to push. She had intent and to drive everybody nutty is her intent, deliberate intent, she isn't a postive contribution to this board nor is her inviting others to terrorize it either.
How many boards does she need to be banned from before she wakes up and decides she has a problem and needs to return to her psychiatrist? Mabye with her departure from this board she'll seek the help she so desperately needs. That is an issue she herself needs to attend to. Why should us members on this board be pawns in her game? Anybody that displays such a twist of words, like you and members surely have noticed, signifys they must have a deep-rooted psychological problem.
Sam, this isn't the place for a psychologically-deranged individual to displace their anger and hatred, interfere with the functions of what this site is and use it as an arena to play out her antics at the expense of any members of this board.
If you would show her posts to a professional psychologist where she has flip-flopped in her writings and attempted to defend herself for the havoc she's wreaked, he'd analyze those writings and inform you of what you are dealing with.
She's getting gratification by terrorizing the board for the length of time she has been permitted and is giving it a bad rap which is intimidating to new members. The ramifications her antics have on this board aren't of any concern to her - she only wants to fulfill her strategically planned mission she's on as stated by her invitation to engage in what she initially called mischief.
Get rid of her and get it over with. Simple.
Then you'll use your time with important issues such as a set of new rules on the board which are more of a priority than having to 4ever deal with this person having shown bad 'intent.' The intent was there!!!!!
I hope this circus act is over when the 48 hour time limit expires. There's no reason to go beyond that time frame. It's been expanded far past a reasonable time frame already.
