I'm quite sure I read where he said the situation with Beverly was different and that's why he wanted to fully investigate it. Oftentimes we read posts so quickly we miss something.

Sam is a business man not a moderator and he's doing this to the best of his ability. I'm thankful we have him on board now. That is one giant step from where we were before. Let's please be patient and make suggestions to him as I have last night and this morning. Moderating might not be his forte but lets hope he listens to our suggestions and he considers modifying the rules and it will be less work for him in the long run.

No one should be above the rule no matter what their political affiliation; however, certain groups tend to change the bar when it suits their purposes while ignoring the bar when it becomes a burden. For instance, you have used vulgar language and condescending remarks directed at IP, Proud, and others. You have even attempted to justify it by stating you did not know or you were mistaken, or it was a joke, etc. And from the reaction of the post, you probably did not think of any retribution of what you might said could affect others. So, lets take that at face value, shall we? However, when someone directs the same type of vulgar or condescending remarks toward you, it no longer becomes funny, jovial, sarcastic, etc. So, you change the bar now stating you have been wronged, etc. The same type of "whining" that you complain about other poeple. This is the point. There should be no more condescending remarks from anybody from hence forth. If you violate the rules, there will be no exceptions. First offense will be a warning.
