Definitely not! Gosh, we can only wish it was that easy. Nationals of Mexico need a visa to enter the U.S. and it takes a while to obtain it. In your case you first have to file alien relative petition form I-130. After it's accepted for processing (you receive NOA1) your hubby can wait for I-130's approval and file for IR1 permanent resident visa or you file form I-129F for his K-3 non-immigrant visa. Both take 6-8 months to get approved and another 2-4 months to clear the National Visa Center and get an interview date at the embassy.

In your other post your said that he is 'illegal'. Does that mean that at some point he entered the U.S. un-inspected or overstayed a visa? If that's the case you'd need to file a waiver of inadmissibility form I-601 and add another 4-6 months to the wait time after the interview. A good source on I-601s is on immigrate2us.net website.

Cheers.
