What kind of "visa"? Is it a 2yr conditional green card based on marriage to a USC? If that's the case then you can file form I-751 to remove 2yr condition with a waiver and a lot of documents proving that your marriage was entered in good faith.

Cheers.

to enter a marriage in good faith basically means that you got married for love and not only to obtain a green-card. that you have a baby with your ex-wife makes that a little easier. sup is right, there is a waiver that goes with the I-751 for the purposes of removing conditional status on your own (since normally you need your spouse to apply and come with you to the interview)
