Does anyone know if the DOL still approves any RIR cases. I heared they started to deny most of them. My case is in Atlanta, and has been in the Q to for the past 8 months. Please respon if you know anything.

california regional is still processing RIR for those who filed Dec 2001. Until they get the PERM processing started, anxiety will always be besides us.

Does anyone know what's going on in New York cases? I am so tired of seeing April 2001 processing date since Febraurary of this year. Is there anyone who can throw some input to this?
