As the self appointed head of the ILW Republican party, I have to ask. What possible gain could anyone have by watching what is posted or for that matter trying to moderate it. Now there is a thought, moderation.
The thing of it is. Anyone who comes here will at best get third rate help. The rules change on a nearly daily basis. No one can give advice good enough to cheat the system given they still have to face a person who's job it is to deny their application. Let's not forget that dominating principle of USCIS. They are a filter to remove, not to accept.
Rarely do we hear of the cases of those sent packing, the majority. They hang their heads in shame or sorrow and leave, never to post again. Those that pass judgment do so on the basis of evidence credibility. Your average scammer isn't up to the task. If they were, we wouldn't have 20 million illegals hiding. They would all have green cards by now.
For those that do defeat the system, there is always the shovel and discreet desert location. I guess since that last comment wasn't bleeped out, someone out there doesn't really give a krap.
