Thanks for your reply. Is it necessary to seek help from Representative, senetor and Ombudsonman at the same time. Will it not offend the concerned authorities if too many enquiries are received by them.Secondly will it be of any help. Any other suggestions will be appreciated. Javed
Yes, I would not involve two congressmen at the same time. There are only 2 senators from each state so they tend to be overworked. Sometimes representatives are more effective because they have less constituents per capita than senators do. You could involve the ombudsman at the same time if you wish. If one congressman is not getting answers then move on to another one. Just make sure you contact their aide and establish a relationship with him/her. They are the ones that will do all the work - you'll never really hear from the congressman per se.
