Hi, when I type in my receipt no. on the USCIS website this is what i got:

Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On December 23, 2005, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

Now, is this approval just an Acknowledgment that a petition has been filed for me OR it means that i have to start with the immigration visa procedure? Because i havent received any letter or form (I 797) regarding this and my address hasn't changed too. What should I do now?
