I recieved letter in mail about intent to deny my applicatons for asylum.... it is the same questions .. I have already ans.... I thought do you know what exactly I should be elaborating... shouild I modify my ans but with in the contex of my frist story ......

The intent to deny gave you specific reasons why you were denied. You must address the reasons and nothing else.

obviously 'UnAmerican' is justly titled; what exactly is a "looser"? Does he mean "loser?"

to fed up I can't believe you said that! We all get frustrated about the "Non American" thing. You really need to think before you write, does this guy have a family or what. Why can't people just be nice for once!!!

to Scared: many aliens who have scammed their way to the US often try some legal means to stay here, in spite of their transgressions. Then, when our laws and judges say "No" they, the aliens, want "justice." Do they really mean they want only the answer "yes"? That is not the real world. I think fedup's reply was focused on this aspect - that many aliens come here, break the law, ask for some kind of benefit (asylum or whatever) and if denied, want to claim that they know more than the immigration judges, etc, that were involved in their case. This does not seem realistic nor should the IJ's decision be based on matters outside the realm of the basis for (in this case) an asylum request.
Not every case is going to be approved, like it or not. Should every convicted murderer or bank robber claim that he or she was really innocent (like so many do -but so few are) and therefore the trial results should be tossed if someone merely complains enough without any foundation?
Or when the appeal process is over, and an unfavorable decision reached (on behalf of the criminal or alien seeking some benefit) then the game is over. NOW would be a good time for the alien to show or demonstrate that they really respect US law and are not just looking for a "freebie" no matter what their situation is.

I reviewed some other postings on this site and found that "Jake" had posted a supposedly neutral inquiry - and when he was challenged by one of the respondents, he denied he was the one seeking a loophole. Then, a couple of postings later, voila, the truth was exposed! Jake, I am afraid your credibility is, well, far from established such that you can take umbrage with opinions of others.
While the reply from 'fedup' was blunt, this person apparently feels strongly about his or her country - the United States of America. What is so wrong with that?
From other postings I read where you were the author, you are apparently trying to find some 'loophole' to return, after, from what I read, having broken at least one of our laws. I guess you are surprised, though I do not know why, that support for your situation is far from unanimous.
