home country and got married ,and entered u.s again on a changed NAME AFTER MARRYING U.S CITIZEN WOULD SHE BE IN TROUBLE BECAUSE OF HER
PREVIOUS RECORD EVEN THOUGH THE NAME CHANGED

can you give more information on your case? (why did your application get denied?)
marriage based adjustement of status is often easier than any other AOS, so your previous record might not be a problem.
just remember that lying on your application is a serious offense and can result in a permanent bar from the US. they will also want to see your birth-certificate and might have your fingerprints on record.

well she had to write her madian name at some forms, date of birth, place of birth, if travel to US before this trip.
How she will overcome this issue:
She had only changed her last name only, Cross check will bring up this matter if any exprienced employee look into this case.
Is she traveling on New Passport, is their any information about her old passport in this new passport. On What type of visa she is traveling to US?
