Greetings, I was hoping to get an answer to this question. Family friends of mine, a couple, have won and received their DV 2003 green cards through consular processing. They are planning to enter the US soon, however, the wife would like to enter earlier, separately, before the husband. Husband is the primary applicant. Is this possible by law? Would this pose any problems?

Primary applicant/beneficiary of Visa Lottery has to entered first in the United States. Wife can follow him later but she can not enter prior to her husband.
