Thanks, Sam! Hope you are feeling better. The forum seems stabilized at the moment! There are many of us who don't want the controversy and rely on you guys to moderate. Thanks for the attention you are paying - it's a breath of fresh air!

I (along with a group of friends and attorneys) acquired ILW.COM in late 1999. From 1995 to 1999, ILW.COM was a web-hosting and web-design company, run by the Hake family. The only part of today's ILW.COM that dates back to that time is the Yellow Pages (Find a lawyer) feature on this website. At the time, "ILW" was an acronym for "Immigration Lawyers on the Web" - which was an apt name for the site since about 100 law-firm websites were hosted on the ILW.COM url. Today, of course, most law firms have their own urls, and we dont do any web-hosting or web-design. I like the fact that "ILW" is a short three letter url, and thus is easy to remember, and easy to type into a web browser. We like to think that ILW now means "Immigration Law on the Web" since we are probably the most-trafficked non-governmental immigration website on the net. However, we dont push that particular interpretation on anyone. However, one thing that's clear is that "ILW" has NEVER stood for Immigration Law Weekly. To the best of my knowledge there has NEVER been any publication called Immigration Law Weekly. Trust this helps clarify the situation.
Hi Sam! Glad to see you back, hope you guys get to feel better.

Thanks for your post Sprint_girl07 - I have a tech update for you, will post today or tomoro! Thanks for the wise words about not working too hard - I'll try! - Sam.
One quick request for Beverly: I notice that in many of your posts you use the "bold text" feature liberally. I find it hard to read your posts. Would you consider not using bold quite so much? Thanks for considering. - Sam.
To all: Anyone have any readability issues when reading posts with lots of bolding? Just curious whether its just me. - Sam.
No, I agree with you Sam, I do too. I think it plays on your eyes somewhat, with normal typing then bold and so on. Little would not be too bad, but when it is a lot, it's hard to focus.
It is also worse for me if I have the light on in the room whilst reading those type of bold posts.

Thanks, Sprint-girl07. I am relieved, I thought it was just me! Too much bold makes posts hard to read, methinks. But of course, others may differ. - Sam.

I kind of said that as there have been a lot of people with own blogs now and put links in forums for people to go there and their blog sites can pick up information from your computer. You know like that famous well known website where people are phishing and hacking from thesedays.
I posted spamming so people can be cautious really.

Ok, Swissnut: Re your post on this thread: http://discuss.ilw.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/902603441/m/54610694341/p/9 , I googled "Retire to Italy" and did not find what it meant. Perhaps you can explain. Anyways, I just wanted to say that I am aware I use hereinhere and hereinthere a lot. So long as my meaning is clear to the reader, I think I am ok. If I become confusing, please tell me and I will try and find another way of expression when necessary. - Sam.
