And please lets all get along, we all have our own opinions, but there is no need to make nasty remarks, if someone posted their opinion and it doesn't suit you, please reframe from making insensitive remarks, and if you want to post articles please keep to your own threads, that way the fights wont flare up

If you a caught being undocumented and are deported. a second illegal entry is considered a felony I believe. I dont know if monteil was giving statistics for illegals or just everybody as you didnt say.

Many of undocumented and deportees and Convicted hard core criminals have come back back illegal entry as many as 5 or 6 times. so yes, they were deported once and came back and were apprehended again and again. and the rest are still running loose undetected.

I'm sorry 4now, I should have made myself more clearer,

The start of the show was about over-run prison inmates and one case inparticular where a guy had shot a 12 year old girl, was sent to prison, did his 12 years, was on parole the robbed and raped another young lady, (this guy was not hispanic) he is just about to be paroled yet again.

I was asking that if what people say on here that Illegals/undocumented are murderers, rapist, child molesters etc, once they have done their time are they not deported, I know some of them would probably try and get back to the usa, anyway I'm starting to blabber!!

As I have said before. You are a kind soul with a good heart. Just want us all to get along. Ditto

I know you are trying to avoid flaring up fights, but in reminding that this is a public forum and nobody owns a thread to control who posts or does not post. particularlly a thread that is just availble for "informative reading information "that is related to that topic or thread. Responsible adults should not have a problem with this. It helps lend to a 360 view of things for everyone to absorb.

We will all have to take baby steps one at a time but in the end we will get there as you say.

I don't want to keep this ball rolling - I want to put this behind us and move on! I remember, 4Now, but not the details. I wasn't around the two days all of this went down. I played catch-up when I could, but it was Christmas and I was busy doing other things. 4now, there's some things you say with such a slanted negative connotation that sound like gossipping. Hearing one side of it and you sound so very believable but it's like gossip, it's interesting to hear and makes a break in the routine even if it's not the whole truth which it isn't. It's painfully transparent that somebody so willing to advise members of their immigration ordeals can be so tarnished in their subjective opinions as I've seen when you speak of me.

I'm sick and tired of hearing you say, over and over, what I've done. It's so one-sided. You make a statement but don't say what was thrown over the fence at the same time. Maybe you've not realized how you've stated some issues in a most askewed manner.

All the talk about junior high, being adults, etc, etc. You can give all the advice in the world but you might want to stop and review your own tarnished opinions of some aspects of the controversy recently surrounding this board.

I've seen over and over where you state that nobody owns any thread. That is certainly true and I agree. But there is something called common sense and respect and I'm not referring to the recent war on this homefront discussion board.

Take the IME for example, you suggested before that I change the name and open a new thread so more people would be interested in it. I told you of the slant it had and if nobody had opened it by now then they most likely aren't interested. I was appreciative of your suggestion although I desisted from changing. That was one of your first suggestions. I now see you are full of suggestions regarding this board and many I do agree with and think are worthy of consideration.

The IME thread was started, as you already know by CollegeStudent. Through pm messages I found that he had completed his thesis and since I was already posting articles I was going to continue. It's not like there's any transfer of ownership and I'm not implying that there is.

The thread had established itself (obviously by checking the dates) as a thread to read articles and not a discussion thread because the comments would get buried. It was respected as such for a long time. I think most have made that ascertation.

A lot of work goes into it as I think yourself had mentioned in our brief exchange regarding opening a new thread and carrying it on. I started the Heads Up thread and it is specific as to significant raids in areas of which may be of concern to the reader. There are not many posts there and the reason is when it pops up it's normally because of something new and directly related to a bust or a change of law in an area.

There were disruptions by articles beginning to show up (duplicated) in both threads which was totally unecessary. This was long after we sat back and watched it. Also, before that, I'd never had an exchange of any sort with our friend, Beverly, who saw one of my posts unrelated to her and told me, "Bring it on explora!" She was throwing vulgarities out to others long before I ever had any type of exchange with her. She was intent on searching for any confrontation she could find if one would respond. That's why exchanges escalated to the point they had. There was a direct correlation between how it began and how it ended. As for who started what, I don't really care because as long as I know, that's all that matters from now on. I saw no need to waste space by bringing up any of our or anyone elses quotes.

Again, please be more cautious with some of your statements irregardless if you or the entire world perceives them as facts.

Thank you and hopefully this will bring closure to this issue I have with you. If you see need to take this to a pm I'd be open to that because I see no need for further discourse here on the board in relation to this.

Sam, was this really necessary!

Evidence (especially with dates on it) is always necessary when trying to prove a point. The number of threads created for the purposes of drawing attention to and attacking me simply for posting in a thread she didn't want me to post in, pretty much tells the tale as far as who did what and why. It's all childish and pettiness as far as I am concerned.

The question you should be asking yourself: Was this necessary?

At the end of the day, everybody has a breaking point. I tolerated the tantrums, racial and sexually explicit stalking and demeaning posts for a while before I stooped to her level in self defense of her juvenile form of intimidation which (unfortunately) is necessary with people of a certain mentality, because its all they understand.

I think the l-es-bian kissing pictures have all "mysteriously" been deleted. Note the drivers license has my name and has me listed as a l-es-bian on it.
