Here is information regarding our case:
EB3, 1-40, 485 concurrently filed and pending. We want to travel to india for 10 days.

I have couple of questions:
1. Do we have to inform USCIS that we are going out of country since our case is pending? If yes, what is the procedure?
2. If we use advance parole what documents do we need to carry?
3. If we use advance Parole, would we have problems travelling specially on return trip since there won't be any visa stamped in our passport?
4. What should we say at port of entry if they ask about visa?
5. Do you see any risk using AP and EAD and losing H status in the long run?

Any help in this matter is appreciated.

thanks in advance.

1. If you already have advanced parole, I suppose, INS KNOWS, that you are going out of country (why else would you need it?).
If you do not have it, that you will have to apply for it, and that will be your way of letting INS know, that you are going out of country...

2. You need to carry advanced parole... and your passport if you have it

3. That is exactly what adnvaced parole is for - to let you back into the US without a visa

4. You should show them your advace parole

5. I don't... :-)

Yes. If your I-485 is denied, you'll have no status, no authorization to work, and no ability to travel outside US.
