Hello! I need some help to renew my H1B visa. I would like to change my employer. My new employer would like to sponsor me here in San Jose,CA. I need an attorney to take care of our business. My company will pay hourly, but it is gonna less than the INS required salary. How can I be eligible to take my job and get the renewal process done with having less proposed salary??? I think that nobody cares about Europeans in US especially if you are from Hungary. Go back to home country and stay there! This is better for you. USA does not need more immigrants and visitors from Europe.
