I got married in 2001 to a GC holder and she filed an I-130. I returned to Europe after that since I only had a B1 visa and we have been be travelling back and forth ever since. It has obviously been difficult and strenous. My question is this, I am in the US right and I am contemplating staying back with my family. Will staying back ruining my chances of my I-130 being approved? Thanks
